周永圣,1978年11月生于江苏如东,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。本科及硕士就读于东南大学,博士毕业于中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院。2008年至今在北京工商大学任教.曾在北京市商务委员会物流发展处挂职处长助理。
       研究及教学方向:物流与供应链管理,决策理论。在《系统工程理论与实践》、《管理评论》、《系统科学与数学》、《交通运输系统工程与信息》、《Advances in Information Sciences and Service Sciences》、《中国商贸》、《运筹与管理》、《中国物流与采购》上发表文章10多篇。主持北京市哲学社科规划面上项目1项，主持横向课题4项，参与国家级课题若干项。 
       Zhou Yongsheng, male, born in Jiangsu province, Ph.D., associate professor, master tutor. He got bachelor or master degree in Southeast University, doctoral degree in China academy of sciences of mathematics and systems science research institute. Since 2008 he has been teaching in Beijing Technology and Business University. He once served as the assistant director of logistics development department in Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce.
       Directions of research and teaching: logistics and supply chain management, decision theory. He has published more than ten articles in some periodicals, such as System Engineering Theory and Practice , Management Review, System Science and Mathematics, Transportation Systems Engineering and Information Technology, Advances in Information Sciences and Service Sciences, China Business, Strategy and Management and Journal of China Logistics and Purchasing.
