严欢，1979年9月生于湖北黄梅县。2001年毕业于中南财经政法大学获经济学学士学位，2004年毕业于中国人民大学获经济学硕士学位，2012年毕业于中国人民大学获管理学博士学位。目前就职于威廉希尔体育。主要研究方向有网络零售、零售氛围和消费者心理与行为，在Journal of Business Reseach、《管理世界》、《经济管理》等期刊发表文章。主要讲授课程有营销理论研究、市场调研、营销管理、消费者行为。
        YanHuan, female,got B.Ec degree at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 2001,then M.Ec degree in 2004 and PH.D degree in 2012 at Renmin University of China, at the same year worked in Beijing Technology and Business University Business School, Department of Marketing. Her main research directions involve internet retail, retail atmosphere and consumer psychology & behavior,She published papers in mainstream international management and marketing journals. .Her main courses are marketing theory research, market research, marketing management and consumer behavior.
