侯汉坡，男，1975年8月出生于河北河间，汉族。管理学博士，副教授，硕士生导师。主讲 “ 管理决策模型方法 ” 、 “ 项目管理 ” 、 “ 管理、模型与决策 ” 等本科与研究生课程，致力于互联网经济、技术创新、项目管理、区域发展战略等领域的研究，兼任《中国CBD》编委、北京市经济和信息化委员会顾问、北京CBD产业发展顾问。 
重要科研成果： 在《管理世界》、《中国软科学》、《中国科技论坛》、《财政研究》、《北京社会科学》等杂志发表论文50余篇，被EI 、CSSCI 等索引收录多篇，出版著作8部。主持国家软科学研究计划项目 2 项，北京市教委社科计划项目 1 项；参与省部级项目8项，主持二十余项政府和企业委托咨询项目。2009年获市属市管高校中青年骨干教师称号，代表作有：《中国企业战略并购商决策理论与应用研究》，（专著，知识产权出版社，2007），《基于持续技术创新能力的技术并购战略和模式研究》（专著，中国社会科学出版社，2010），《 “ 双核 ” 经济中心理论下的京津冀城市群发展设想》（论文，中国软科学，2008 ），《互联网资源属性及经济影响分析》（论文，管理世界，2010）。

Important research achievements: he published more than 50 papers in such journals as <Management World>, <China Soft Science>, <China Science and Technology BBS>, <Financial Research>, and <Beijing Social Science>, etc., many of which were included in EI, CSSCI and other indexes, and published 8 books; presided over 2 national soft science research projects and 1 social science project of Beijing municipal commission of education; participated in 8 provincial and ministerial-level projects and presided over more than 20 government and enterprise commissioned consulting projects. In 2009 he was awarded as middle-aged and young core teacher in municipal colleges and universities.
