高俊光，1974年出生于黑龙江省北安市，副教授。2008年7月博士毕业于哈尔滨工业大学，并进入威廉希尔体育任教，同年10月，进入北京理工大学管理科学与工程流动站从事博士后研究，于2011年出站。主讲课程：《企业战略管理》（中文、双语），本科及MBA课程；《管理学》，本科课程。主要研究方向：技术创新，零售创新，战略管理。主持课题：教育部人文社会科学研究青年基金项目，技术标准形成过程中的规制作用机理研究（12YJC630049）；北京工商大学青年科研启动基金项目，后金融危机时代的金融发展I-R-S模式研究，2011。主要研究成果在《科学学研究》、《研究与发展管理》等重要期刊及国际学术会议上发表论文30余篇，出版学术专著一部。

Dr. Junguang Gao is an associated professor at the school of business. She was born in 1974 at Heilongjiang province. She received her doctoral degree from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2008. At the same time, Dr. Gao entered into Business School, BTBU as a lecture. She entered into the management science and engineering postdoctoral station of BIT as a postdoctoral in Oct., 2008, and finished postdoctoral research in May, 2011.
