曹阳，1967年10月生于四川简阳，副教授、硕士生导师、中国注册会计师。分别于1990年、1996年和2008年获西南交通大学学士（管理学）、首都经济贸易大学硕士（经济学）和中央财经大学博士（管理学）学位。主要讲授财务报表分析、财务管理和纳税筹划等课程。致力于管理激励、纳税筹划和财务分析等领域的问题研究。已公开发表专业论文60余篇，出版专著2部，主编专业书籍4部，参编专业书籍十余部，主持或参与省部级课题十余项。现为北京市财政预算支出绩效评审专家、北京金融培训中心特聘专家，曾为中石油、中国电信和中国水电集团等多家大中型企业提供专业培训和咨询服务。

Cao Yang, CPA, is an associate professor of the Department of Financial Management in the Beijing Technology and Business University. She received her PHD in Management from the Central University of Finance and Economics. The main teaching courses are Financial Statement Analysis, Financial Management and Tax Planning, etc. Her research interests include management incentives, tax planning, financial analysis, etc. She have issued 60 papers, 2 monographs and edited 4 professional books. Her research grants were from Beijing Municipality.
