朱蓉，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，毕业于中国人民大学威廉希尔体育，加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学和美国洛厄尔麻省大学公派访问学者。主讲“战略管理”、“管理学”、“数字化管理”、“商务英语”等本科、研究生、MBA和国际MBA课程，致力于企业战略和组织理论的研究。研究领域包括组织战略、创新创业、制度理论、互联网金融等。在Multinational Business Review等SSCI期刊，以及《管理评论》、《外国经济与管理》、《金融论坛》、《华东经济管理》等刊物发表论文20余篇，出版专著1部。参与国家自科课题2项、国家社科课题1项、省部级课题6项，主持北京市社会科学基金项目、北京市教育委员会基金项目、北京市哲学社会科学首都流通业研究基地项目、北京工商大学青年教师科研启动基金项目以及企业委托课题。成为包括美国管理学会和中国管理研究国际学会等学术协会的成员。

Zhu Rong is an associate professor and serves as a master advisor in Business School, Beijing Technology and Business University. She received her PhD in School of Business, Renmin University of China. She ever visited and studied in University of British Columbia, Canada, and University of Massachusetts Lowell, USA. Dr. Zhu teaches the courses of management, strategic management，digital management, and business English for undergraduate students, postgraduates, MBA and international MBA. Her research interests include organizational strategy, innovation and entrepreneurship， institutional theory, and internet finance. She has published one monograph and more than 20 academic papers in international and domestic academic journals, including Multinational Business Review, Management Review, Foreign Economies & Management, Finance Forum, and East China Economic Management. In addition, she participated in two projects of National Natural Science Foundation and a project of National Social Science Foundation. Her research projects are supported by Beijing Social Science Foundation, Beijing Municipal Commission of Education, BTBU, and Research Center for Capital Commercial Industry. Dr. Zhu also provides consulting for enterprises. She is a member of several professional associations such as Academy of Management and International Association for Chinese Management Research.
