鲁昱，女，1987年生于安徽。2015年毕业于新西兰奥克兰大学，取得会计学博士学位。现任威廉希尔体育会计系讲师，目前主要担任内部控制全英课程教学。担任国有资产管理协同创新中心研究员。研究方向主要包括内部控制、公司治理、会计与审计等。曾经在CSSCI和SSCI等学术期刊公开发表论文，多次受邀参加国际国内会计学术研讨会。
        在博士期间，围绕着中国资本市场、审计与会计问题展开研究。负责人有海外联系，始终与国际同行保持着紧密合作关系。现担任国有资产管理协同创新中心研究员。项目负责人近年来一直从事公司财务与会计信息方面的研究，并已在CSSCI和SSCI等学术期刊公开发表论文。研究兴趣主要包括内部控制、公司治理、会计与审计等。主持和作为主干成员参加过财政部、学校和企业的多项课题。
        Lu Yu, Female, was born in Anhui in 1987. She received her PhD degree in accounting from the University of Auckland in New Zealand in 2015. Dr Lu works as a lecturer and master supervisor in School of Business and teaches Internal Control and Auditing in English for undergraduate students in BTBU. Her research focuses on internal control, corporate governance, accounting, auditing ect. She published papers at SSCI, SCI, ABDC and CSSCI journals, and other professional journals. She is responsible for or participates national and provincial programs. She is reviewer for national and international journals. She also reported her research at national and international conferences.
