 潘爱香，女，教授。研究重点:全面预算管理、战略成本管理。已在国内外学术期刊公开发表学术论文60余篇；出版学术论著、译著、教材等30余部；主持参与多项省部级科研课题；主持参与十余家大中型集团企业的预算管理咨询及制度设计。为国家会计学院、财政部财科所、国家经贸委、国务院发展研究中心及众多集团公司作过百余场全面预算管理专题报告。代表性成果：论著《全面预算管理——整合“四流”，创造“一流”》（2001年，浙江人民出版社）； “十一五”国家级规划教材《管理会计学》（2006年，经济科学出版社）；SCI收录论文“Political Ideology and Accounting Regulation in China”（2007年，《Accounting, Organizations and Society》）等。

Professor Aixiang Pan, whose research focus on Total Budget Management and Strategic Cost Management, published more than 60 articles in academic journals and more than 30 books. She has led many provincial and ministerial level research projects, participated in budget management consulting and principle designing for more than ten business groups and held more than 100 lectures for National Accounting Institute as well as many business groups.
