谭娟，副教授，硕士生导师，湖南邵阳人，2006年、2008年、2012年于湖南大学获得管理学学士学位、管理学硕士学位、管理科学与工程博士学位，公派赴日本创价大学联合培养，北京工业大学博士后。2014年至今任北京工商大学专业教师。
研究领域：组织理论、知识创新管理。
学术成果：在《新华文摘》、《经济学家》、《财经理论与实践》等刊物上发表论文20余篇，出版专著《低碳经济发展空间格局研究》；主持国家社科基金、教育部人文社科基金、北京市自然科学基金、北京市社会科学基金、北京市教委科研一般项目、北京市博士后基金等国家及省部级课题。
主要课程：《管理学》、《组织行为学》（全英）、《组织理论与设计》等课程。
Ms. Tan Juan, coming from Shaoyang City, Hunan Province, China, is associate professor, mentor of master students. She obtained bachelor's degree in management, master's degree in management and doctor's degree in management science and engineering granted by Hunan University of China respectively in 2006, 2008 and 2012. She has been working as a professional teacher in BTBU since 2014.
She was sent by the government to Soka University in Japan for joint training and engaged in postdoctoral research in Beijing University of Technology.
Research fields: organization theory, knowledge innovation management.
Academic achievements: publication of more than 20 papers carried in Xinhua Digest, Economist, Financial Theory and Practice, and the publication of monograph entitled Spatial Pattern of Low-Carbon Economic Development.
She has undertaken general scientific research projects sponsored by National Social Science Fund, Humanities and Social Science Fund of Ministry of Education, Beijing Natural Science Fund, Beijing Social Science Fund, Beijing Education Commission as well as various national, provincial and ministerial level projects sponsored by Beijing Postdoctoral Fund.
Main courses: management, organizational behavior (conducted in English), organizational theory and design, etc.
