吕俊杰，女，博士生导师，1979年1月出生，2007年毕业于北京航空航天大学，获工学博士学位。主要研究方向包括风险评估、风险管理、决策理论等。作为课题负责人承担并较好完成了国家信息安全战略研究与标准制定工作专项项目“信息安全风险自评估理论研究”。作为主要研究者，参加了4项国家自然科学基金面上项目，1项国家软科学研究计划项目，以及5项省部级科研项目的研究工作。目前，在本项目相关的研究内容方面已在国际学术会议以及国内一级学术期刊上发表及录用相关学术论文20余篇，论文已被EI、ISTP 检索20余篇次。出版题为《信息安全风险管理方法及应用》的学术专著1部。

Junjie Lu has her Ph.D. in the field of Management and Science Engineering in Business and Management school at Beihang University in 2007. Dr. Lu is an associate professor in the Business School at the Beijing Technology and Business University. She has been teaching there since 2007, specializing in decision-making methods and models. She has also published several materials, including a monograph and some scholarly papers, with a focus on information security risk management. She participated several national and enterprises projects in the field of risk management.
