张笑菊，1989年1月生，毕业于大连海事大学，获工学博士学位，研究方向为港口航运优化、物流供应链管理等。近五年来在《系统工程理论与实践》、《Transportation Research Part E》等期刊发表多篇论文，参与完成2项国家自然科学基金及多项省部级基金。2017年获辽宁省优秀毕业生荣誉称号。
        Zhang Xiaoju was born on January, 1989. She graduated from Dalian Maritime University with a Phd in engineering. She researches on the areal of port and maritime issues, logistics and supply chain. She has published several papers on journals such as 《System Engineering Theory and Practice》、《Transportation Research Part E》, and has participated 2 National Natural Science Foundation of China and several provincial foundations . She was awarded as the Outstanding Graduates of Liaoning Province in 2017.
